Registered Principal, LPL Financial
Jeff Stark has been in the financial services industry in the Claremont area since 1986 and is the founder of Stark Wealth Management. He earned an Economics degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and has completed advanced courses from the Claremont Graduate University.
Jeff is a frequent speaker on financial topics and provides his expertise and has provided leadership to many financial institutions, including: President of The National Planners Network Inc., Member of The Advisory Council of PIMCO Funds, Member of the President’s Advisory Committee- National Planning Corporation, and currently as an Advisory Member for LPL Financial. Additionally, Jeff is a committed community member and has volunteered his time to provide support and guidance to many local boards and foundations, including: President- Claremont Unified School District, Association Member of the Los Angeles County Fair, Investment Committee Chairman- Claremont Senior Foundation, Treasurer- Claremont Community Foundation, Board Member of Claremont Educational Foundation, Investment Committee Member- Pilgrim Place, Chairman of the Claremont Early Childhood Center, and currently as a Trustee of Foothill Country Day School.
He is a Registered Principal and a licensed stockbroker with LPL Financial, a well respected, national broker/dealer comprised of investment professionals.
Jeff specializes in the asset allocation investment strategies for high net worth clients. His practice is built on integrity, providing sounds investment advice, and developing strong client relationships. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 51, 63 registrations through LPL Financial. His broker/dealer association is with LPL Financial, a Registered Investment Advisor and member of FINRA and SIPC. Jeff is also a licensed agent with the state of California for Life, Health, and Long-Term Care insurance.
In addition to his community involvement, Jeff cherishes spending time with his wife, Christine, and three children. He also enjoys surfing, hiking, cycling, and golf.
Alyson joined Stark Wealth Management in 2020. Her expertise lies in organizational development, strategic initiatives, and leadership coaching in the public, corporate, and start-up sectors. Most recently, Alyson lead the learning and development department and internal communications at a high growth start-up company that was featured on Forbes Magazine’s Next Billion Dollar Start-Up list (2019). Alyson spent the earlier part of her career in the education sector, as a public school teacher in New Orleans, LA and later as a global learning director for the world’s largest education company. She holds B.A. degree in Economics, Environmental Science, and Politics from Claremont McKenna College.
Alyson is focusing on our marketing, branding, and strategic initiatives as she prepares to take her securities exams. She uses her experience in the technology sector to bring new ways of connecting to our office via Zoom meetings, monthly client emails, and enhancing our virtual offerings.
Alyson’s interests include running outside, cooking any vegetables she manages to grow in her garden, and cheering for the football team from her second home- the New Orleans Saints.
LPL Registered Representative
Eduardo Silva started with Stark Wealth Management as an intern in 2015 after completing his B.S degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne. Following his internship, Eduardo continued his work in the financial sector as a Workflow Specialist and a Broker Services Representative for National Planning Corporation (NPC) in El Segundo. While with NPC, he completed his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, which are held through LPL Financial.
In 2017, Eduardo returned to Stark Wealth Management as a LPL Registered Representative. In addition to his securities licenses, he has completed his California Insurance License. Known as our office’s knowledgeable data professional, Eduardo takes lead on our analytical work and reporting for client specific outcomes. Eduardo also focuses on full client portfolio development, tailor-fit to client needs.
Eduardo’s interests include food, learning his third language- Japanese, and reading, specifically 1930’s noir mysteries, US history and US political history.
Debbie Snapp has been with Stark Wealth Management since 1998. She came to the financial services industry with a background in retail management from Nordstrom Department Stores as a department manager. Debbie has extensive experience with several broker/dealers including Associated Securities, National Planning Corporation and LPL Financial.
Debbie conducts day to day operations in the office including contribution and distribution of funds, and all Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) for our clients. Debbie has extensive knowledge of compliance and financial operations and supports our office and clients in completing paperwork and actions to complete account processes.
Debbie’s interests include powerwalking, reading, attending concerts, and going on mini-vacations with her family.
Client Services Assistant
Justina joined Stark Wealth Management in 2018 and has solidified the team. Prior to joining Stark & Associates, Justina worked for Sweaney Salt and Associates, a local CPA and tax preparation firm in Claremont.
Justina interacts with our clients on a day to day basis, helps with general questions, and makes any updates to account information and data. She continues to broaden her role with Stark Wealth Management in the areas of Operations and Client Services and is an invaluable asset to our team.
Justina’s interests involve traveling- her next destination is Europe, reading, and spending time with her family.
