Manuel joined Stark Wealth Management in 2021, bringing a strong background in client onboarding, technology integration, and operational efficiency. He plays an important role in enhancing internal processes and supporting a seamless client experience through thoughtful innovation and attention to detail. Guided by the firm’s Clients First philosophy, Manuel is committed to improving the way the team works while continuing to expand his expertise on the client facing side of the business. Manuel is a Jack-of-all trades and is always willing to help or learn a new trade/trick.

Q&A with Manuel
Q: What does a typical day in the office look like for you?
A: My day starts with answering emails and reviewing the workload for the day. Every day is different, my main job is to make sure anything Jeff and Aly say gets done and to anticipate anything they may need. Somedays are spent doing research into the obscure parts of our industry while others are straight forward with account openings or fund transfers, and that is what I love about this. Five years with Jeff and Aly and every day is still something new.
Q: What do you find most rewarding about your work?
A: The clients. I get to meet and learn about so many interesting people. Plus, I truly love everyone I work with they are all amazing people who I really enjoy being around so it never feels like work to come in it feels more like going to spend time with friends.
Q: What is your favorite thing to do in Claremont?
A: My own Sunday Funday Father Son-day. I come to eat breakfast at the Village Eatery every Sunday with my son, we walk the farmers market, play around, and then go for treats at Bert and Rocky’s.
Q: What are you reading/watching right now?
A: My annual rereading of the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit- I tend to start around my birthday. I want to add the Silmarillion to my rereading- while it is longer and harder to follow, it adds so much meaning to the smallest parts of the other books! As far as TV, I’m rewatching Scrubs.
Q: What is something people might be surprised to learn about you?
A: Jeff and the company doesn’t make me wear suits every day - that is a personal fashion choice.
I enjoy being the person who helps keep everything moving behind the scenes so our team can deliver a smooth, seamless experience for every client. No two days are ever the same, and that’s what I love most. I’m always learning, solving problems, and finding new ways to support both our clients and our team. At the end of the day, I’m committed to making things easier, more efficient, and more personal for the people we serve.
