Meet Our Team – Justina Delira - Client Services Manager
Justina joined Stark Wealth Management in 2018 and plays an essential role in supporting both clients and the advisory team. As a trusted point of contact, she helps coordinate meetings, address account needs, and ensure important administrative details are handled with care and precision. Guided by the firm’s Clients First philosophy, Justina is known for her thoughtful service, reliability, and commitment to creating a smooth and supportive client experience. Justina can often be found in sunny spots around town lost in a book.
Q&A with Justina
Q: What does a typical day in the office look like for you?
A: My day starts by catching up on emails and reviewing the schedule for the day. I will let Jeff and Aly know if there is anything specific that needs to be touched on in client meetings. I will usually take a coffee break mid morning which also doubles as a quick walk around town. Refueled, I then check to make sure we are up to date and on time with meetings and check ins with our clients. There may be a few operational tasks thrown in there too but only if Manuel is unable to get to everything (a rare occurrence)
Q: What do you find most rewarding about your work?
A: The connection with our clients! I love keeping up with their lives and getting to know them and creating that connection. Many of our clients have been with me through some of the best stages of my life – getting married and starting a family and often they’ll ask how my family is doing. I love when we can start a conversation by catching up first. I can't forget my coworkers, they make coming to work the best part! I love that we are all friends and coming to work feels fun and not like a “job”.
Q: What is your favorite thing to do in Claremont?
A: My favorite thing to do in Claremont is go for a walk around the village and colleges to find a spot to read. Spring and Summer are especially my favorite, I love to see all the flowers in bloom and listen to the birds chirp. My family and I also love to come to Claremont for dinner and no dinner date is complete without my daughters getting a treat at Bert and Rockies.
Q: What are you reading/watching right now?
A: I am currently reading “The Last Green Valley” By Mark Sullivan (historical fiction is my favorite genre to read!) and watching Love Island and Off Campus. While I love to read a lengthy tear jerker novel, I can’t resist a reality dating show!
Q: What is something people might be surprised to learn about you?
A: I started as an intern for GSA and that is where I first met Jeff.
